  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Doors will close when the class begins to protect the focus of the room & respect those already practicing. 
     

  • Bring an open mind and a humble heart.
     

  • Bring your own yoga mat and two towels.
     

  • Practice on an empty stomach, avoid meals 3–4 hours before practice.
     

  • Leave shoes and personal belongings at the entrance.
     

  • Please leave water bottles and mobile phones out of the room. The practice is best done without distractions.
     

  • Maintain silence as you enter & leave the room and throughout your practice. This helps cultivate awareness and respect for others in the room.
     

  • Toilets are available on the premises.
     

  • Please honor your body’s needs. Rest when required, if you are injured, unwell, or menstruating (ladies’ holiday).
     

  • If you’re new to the practice or have questions, feel free to speak with the teacher before or after class, or reach out via phone or email.
